The Spunky Diva

Priyanka Chopra, although born in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, has spent a major time of her childhood travelling with her parents. Her dad, who was a doctor in the Indian Army, had frequent postings, which took them to various places and corners of India. Amongst many places where she has grown up, prominent are Rae Barreilly and Lucknow, in Uttar Pradesh. Her initial schooling was done in Lucknow at the La Martiniere Girls' School. This was followed by another relocation which took her to the St. Maria Goretti School in Rae Bareilly.

Her formative years were spent studying in the United States where she was a student at Newton North High School in Newton, Massachusetts and North Delta Senior Secondary School in North Delta. However, she returned to India to complete her high school at the Army School in Bareilly. Her college education started in the Jai Hind college in Mumbai but she could not complete college. The reason for not completing college? Well, don't we know that she won the Miss World Pageant!
